1. Service Overview

Apex Auto ("the Service") provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for automation task orchestration. The Service includes dashboards for monitoring worker nodes, managing campaigns, and tracking internal metrics.

2. No Guarantees of Outcome

IMPORTANT: Apex Auto provides tools for automation. We do NOT guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

• Subscriber retention or growth
• Watch time permanence
• Monetization approval from YouTube
• Search ranking improvements

YouTube algorithms and security measures are outside our control. YouTube may, at its sole discretion, remove watch time, remove subscribers, or suspend channels that use automation. You acknowledge that you use our tools at your own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of your campaigns and the configuration of your worker nodes. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

4. Payments and Refunds

All credits added to your wallet are final. Once a campaign has been initiated and resources allocated, we cannot offer refunds. If a task fails due to internal system errors, credits may be returned to your internal balance at management's discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apex Auto, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the Service, including channel terminations, revenue loss, or data corruption.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be abusing the system infrastructure or providing fraudulent payment proof.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
